A case for needles and a case of sunshine.

I've been on my sewing machine again as it's too hot to finish my crochet blankets at the moment. My recent make is a needle case. It was a very simple and quick make. Its made from 2 pieces of felt and a scrap of polycotton fabric.
I used my pinking shears to cut out the pieces of fabric.

The inside.
I have'nt been making very much the last few weeks because I've been busy and I've been out enjoying the weather. England is hot and sunny! No that's not a typo it really is at the moment. We are having beautiful weather. I've been enjoying having my breaks at work outside and i've been out in my garden enjoing the flowers out there. I don't usually post anything other than crafts but I thought I'd let you have a look at some photos I took at the weekend whilst on a wander around a castle garden.
This picture reminds me of wind and the willows, you can just see the boathouse on the other side of the lake.

The castle peeking out, look at the lovely blue sky.

 Enjoy the sunshine bloggers!
Thanks for reading
